YOUR PERSONALISE We can personalise any of our designs, so if you would like to add name or special dedication we can do this for you. Mug can be personalised with a name, a unique message, memorable date or a picture/photo of your choice, to make it the perfect gift for you or someone special, for any occasion. Please note that note mugs are made with image facing out for right handed people please indicate if you want a left handed version. HOW IT’S MADE The design is printed with sublimation which embeds the ink into the mug. This means it will last hundreds of washes and will never peel or fade. SHIPPING TIME Production time is usualLy 1-5 working days that depends from the complexity of the project and workload (certain times of the year are more busy than the others). We are aiming to ship the mug within 1-5 days from order date. Priority processing and shipping is available on request and we aim to shorten that do 1-3 days. We have standard patterns ready for immediate dispatch (without personalisation) and those are shipped on next working day.
